Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/ND-CP on December 31, 2008 detailing the Government's implementation of some articles of the law on product quality, the goods;
Pursuant to circular No. 23/2007/TT-BKHCN on September 28, 2007 of the Ministry of science and technology of construction guidelines, evaluation and issued technical standards;
After the appraisal comments of the Ministry of science and technology at no. 346/BKHCN-TĐC, Ministry of labour, invalids and Social Affairs issued a national technical regulation on labor safety for elevator power as follows: article 1. Attached to this circular to the national technical regulation on labor safety for electric elevators.
