Decision on approval of the plan, 2011 project "support to sustainable forest management, trade and marketing of forest products in Vietnam" _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the MINISTER of AGRICULTURE and RURAL DEVELOPMENT, pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated 03/01/2008 of the Government functions duties, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of agriculture and rural development; Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP on February 10, 2009 by the Government on the amendments to article 3 of the Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated 9 January 2008 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of agriculture and rural development;
Pursuant to decision No. 1343/QD-BNN-INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION on 20/05/2009 of the Minister of agriculture and rural development, on the approval of the technical assistance project "support to sustainable forest management, trade and marketing of forest products in Vietnam";
Proposal of the General Director of the Forestry Bureau, decision: article 1. Approval of the plan, 2011 project "support to sustainable forest management, trade and marketing of forest products in Vietnam". Details of the plan in the schedule attached.
Article 2. Affairs General Directorate of forestry, management of projects "support program for sustainable forest management, trade and marketing of forest products in Vietnam" in collaboration with the relevant agencies, the province hosted project implemented according to schedule, in accordance with the applicable regulations of the State and of the sponsors on the management , the use of resources in the project.
Article 3. Chief of the Ministry, General Director of the Forestry Bureau, Director of the project management committee and the heads of the relevant units responsible for the implementation of this decision.
