The Ministry of labor, invalids and Social Affairs regulating intermediate frame program trades and vocational college qualifications for trades on as follows: article 1. Scope and object applies: this circular defined intermediate frame program trades and program trades college degree frame to apply for vocational colleges, vocational high schools, universities, colleges and professional schools (hereinafter referred to as vocational)-public and private schools have registered vocational activities of trades specified in this circular;
