Pursuant to the law on road traffic, November 13, 2008;

Pursuant to Decree No. 51/2008/ND-CP on April 22, 2008 Government's functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of transportation;

Pursuant to Decree No. 11/2010/ND-CP dated 24 February 2010 of the Government regulations on the management of infrastructure protection and road traffic;

The Minister of transport, guide and implement some articles of Decree No. 11/2010/ND-CP dated 24 February 2010 of the Government regulations on the management of infrastructure protection and road traffic as follows: chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Scope this circular guides made a number of articles of Decree No. 11/2010/ND-CP of the Government on the management of infrastructure protection and road traffic (hereinafter the Decree No. 11/2010/ND-CP) include: the protection of infrastructure of road traffic , use the protection of infrastructures, the road traffic connecting to national highway, code named the road system, ensuring traffic safety and traffic when construction in the protection of infrastructure road traffic are exploitation, evaluation and assessment of road traffic safety.

Article 2. Article 6. The scope of protection of road works 1. Article 11.
