Pursuant to decision No. 34/2009/QD-TTg dated April 8, 2010 by the Prime Minister on the "regulation on compensation, resettlement and support irrigation projects, hydroelectric power";

The Ministry of agriculture and rural development instructions to build the overall planning, detailed planning of migration resettlement and development organizations agricultural, forestry, fishery processing, associated with the consumption of products of the resettlement projects for irrigation, hydroelectric power as follows: chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. 4.
