DECISION functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the school training, fostering, _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the MINISTER of the INTERIOR pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/ND-CP on April 17, 2008 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of the Interior;
Pursuant to Decree No. 37/2010/ND-CP dated 23 December 2010 the Government's amended Decree No. 48/2008/ND-CP on April 17, 2008 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of the Interior;
Pursuant to Decree No. 18/2010/ND-CP on 05 March 2010, government training, fostering public servants;
Proposal of principal training, fostering, and Director of the Organization Department, DECIDES: 1. The position and function 1. The field training, fostering, public servants (hereinafter referred to as the school) is a public business units directly under the Department of the Interior, serving in State management functions of the Interior Ministry.
2. The school has the function of training, advanced training, professional qualification, knowledge of laws, knowledge and skills to manage the State administration in the field of administration of the Ministry of Interior for public servants, the people's Council and officers, civil servants and social; scientific research, technology transfer and international cooperation in the field of training and upgrading.

Article 2. Duties and powers 1. About planning, building planning.

6. About the Organization, staffing, facilities, funding.
