The Ministry of public security tutorials providing border pass for citizens of Vietnam to Laos and the license to the province, the city of Vietnam for Laos citizens as follows: article 1. Scope this circular guides the procedure of granting the Vietnam-Laos border travel for citizens of Vietnam (here written as passport border) and the license to the province, the city of Vietnam for Laos citizens (here written as licenses); specified object, duration, scope of use the border pass and license; issued the "pass the border Vietnam-Laos", the form "Declaration recommended granting the Vietnam-Laos border transportation" (model TK7), the form "license to the province, the city of Vietnam" (the N25 form) and the form "Declaration proposed license to the province, city of Vietnam" (N24).
