Pursuant to Decree No. 98/2010/ND-CP dated 21 September 2010 detailing the Government's implementation of some articles of the law on cultural heritage, and the law on amendments and supplements to some articles of the law on cultural heritage;

The Ministry of culture, sports and tourism of forth on scientific records content to rank of historical-cultural attractions as follows: chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Object, scope 1. This circular regulates scientific profile content to rank of historical-cultural and landscape (hereafter referred to collectively as the monuments) provincial, national monument, a national monument.
