The CIRCULAR regulates the technical process environmental monitoring ground water _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the MINISTER of NATURAL RESOURCES and the ENVIRONMENT pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/ND-CP DATED April 3, 2008 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of natural resources and environment, has been modified In addition, Decree No. 19/2010/ND-CP of March 2010 and Decree No. 89/2010/ND-CP on August 16, 2010;

Proposal of the General Director of the Environmental Bureau, Director of science and technology and Director of the legislation, the PROVISIONS: chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Scope this circular regulates the technical process underground water environment monitoring, including: determining the objective observation, monitoring program design and implement monitoring program.
Article 2. Application object 1. Chapter II TECHNICAL PROCESS UNDERGROUND WATER ENVIRONMENT MONITORING article 4. -Metals: iron (Fe), arsenic (As), mercury (Hg), selenium (Se), chromium (Cr), cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni); aluminum (Al);
-The total radioactivity alpha (a), beta (b);
-Biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5) and chemical oxygen demand (COD);
-Ammonium (NH4 +), nitrate (NO3-), nitrite (NO2-), phosphate (PO43-);
-The active substance surface, hyđrocacbua aromatic chemical residues and plant protection are: benzene, mildness; DDD, Dieldrin, HCB, Aldrin;
-Total coliform, fecal coliform phecal.

Chapter III IMPLEMENTATION article 7. Implementation 1. General Directorate of the environment is responsible for guiding, inspecting, monitoring the implementation of this circular;
2. Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, heads of government agencies, the Chairman of the people's Committee and the Organization, the individual concerned is responsible for implementation of this circular.
Article 8. Effect 1. This circular is effective from September 15, 2011.
