Supplement circular No. 14/2009/TT-BNNPTNT on 29/3/2010 of the Ministry of agriculture and rural development regulation the inspection, assessment, business facilities, agricultural materials and products of agriculture and forestry (hereinafter called the circular No. 14/2009/TT-BNNPTNT) 1.
