Circular made public service regime in public security people _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to Decree No. 77/2009/ND-CP on September 15th, 2009 by government regulation of functions, duties and powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of public security;
Pursuant to Decree No. 57/2010/ND-CP on January 7, 2011 by government regulation on the public service regime;
The Ministry of public security guide and implement the public service regime in public security people, as follows: article 1. Scope this guidance circular made public service regime in the people's public security under the provisions of the Decree No. 56/2010/ND-CP on January 7, 2011 by the Government.
Article 2. Object 1. Article 3. The level of stipend, and entitled to Formula 1.
