CIRCULAR guide some content rollout to build and apply a quality management system according to the ISO standard ISO 9001:2008 for State agencies _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to Decree No. 28/2008/ND-CP dated 14 March 2008 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of science and technology;
Pursuant to decision No. 144/2006/QD-TTg dated 20 June 2006 by the Prime Minister on the application of the quality management system according to the ISO standards ISO 9001:2000 on activities of State administrative bodies and decision No. 118/2009/QD-TTg dated September 30, 2009 by the Prime Minister on the amendments , the addition of some articles of the decision No 144/2006/QD-TTg;
Proposal of the General Director of Directorate for standards and quality, the Minister of science and technology of the content deployed to build and apply a quality management system according to the ISO standard ISO 9001:2008 for State administrative organs as follows: chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Scope and objects 1. Article 3. Article 4. 3. Article 5. 2. State agencies perform the following operations: a) approved plans to develop and apply the quality management system;
b) established ISO Steering Committee;
c) build, and document control systems, processes, work procedures;

DD) make internal assessments, implement corrective action, the improvement of the quality management system for the point does not fit in the internal assessment process;

Chapter III IMPLEMENTATION article 7. Terms of implementation 1. This circular has the effect after 45 days from the date of signing.
2.
