Information system, database storage and records management of special-purpose forests must have materials about: legal documents about the forest special purpose; scientific, technical documentation of the special purpose forests; the basic census documents, tracking, monitoring resources, ecosystems, biodiversity and endangered species, rare, precious; the documentation on the management and operation of the special-purpose forests; the other related data.

c) funding set-up, operation, management information systems, archive and database of special-purpose forests are balanced in the annual financial plan according to the current rules of the State.

Article 14. Effective enforcement of this circular are enforceable after 45 days from the date of signing.

The regulations of the Ministry of agriculture and rural development, contrary to the provisions of this circular are repealed.
