DECISION on approval of the project training, improving governance of youth work for staff, public servants to do the work of the youth ministries the period 2011-2015 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the MINISTER of the INTERIOR pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/ND-CP dated 17/4/2008 of the Government functions duties, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of the Interior;
Pursuant resolution No. 45/NQ-CP on 11/9/2009 the Government issued the Government's action program to implement the resolution of the seventh Conference of the Central Committee of the Party (the X Key) to "strengthen the leadership of the party for the youth work promoted industrialization period modernization ";
Pursuant to Decree No. 18/2010/ND-CP dated 11/3/2010 of the Government on training, fostering, servant;
Pursuant to decision No. 1374/QD-TTg on 12/8/2010 Prime Minister's approving the plan of training cadres, the period of 2011-2015;
Proposal of the Director of youth work, decision: article 1. Approval of the project training, improving the State management on work for youth cadres and civil servants working on the youth level, the 2011-2015 period industry with the following principal contents: 1.
