CIRCULAR guiding the work rewarded in the fields of science and technology _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to Decree No. 28/2008/ND-CP dated 14 March 2008 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of science and technology;
Pursuant to Decree No. 42/2010/ND-CP dated 15 April 2010 the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of some articles of the law on competition, reward and the law amending and supplementing some articles of the law on competition, reward;
The Minister of science and technology reward work instructions in the field of science and technology as follows: chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Chapter II STANDARD, records and PROCEDURES CONSIDER the GIFTS of MINISTRY OF SCIENCE and TECHNOLOGY article 4. Reward standards 1. c) standard for the personal contribution in the field of science and technology in the Ministry, local branches in addition to the general criteria must meet one of the following criteria:-the technical improvement initiative to bring social-economic efficiency was recognized, deserves the typical individual cutting-edge work in the local industries and Passim;
