National Commission of the Ministry of Finance shall guide the implementation of decision No 18/2011/QĐ-TTg dated 18/3/2010 of the Prime (hereinafter the decision No. 18/2011/QD-TTg) as follows: article 1. Scope this circular guidelines, policy; procedure for review and recognition process, management, use, settlement funding policy for the prestigious people in ethnic minorities (hereafter referred to as reputable people).

Article 3. Modes, specific policies for reputable people to 1. Provide the information.
