CIRCULAR regulations on security management in the field of liquefied petroleum gas pursuant to Decree No. 189/2007/ND-CP on December 27, 2007 and the Government's Decree No. 44/2010/ND-CP dated 14 December 2010 of the Government on the amendments and supplements article 3 of Decree 189/2007/ND-CP on December 27, 2007 of the Government functions duties, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of industry and trade;

Minister of industry and trade regulations on security management in the field of liquefied petroleum gas as follows: Chapter 1.
General provisions article 1. Scope and object this circular applies regulations on the safety management in the field of liquid petroleum gas, applicable to business establishments petroleum and gas organizations and individuals concerned.

6. LPG bottle inspection Station is the station of the auditing implementation types of LPG cylinders.

9. Article 3. The safety management system, risk assessment and emergency response plan 1. 5. The persons related to the management and operation of the equipment, maintenance, transport, and unloading of LPG business establishments must be trained, professional training, technical safety, explosions and are certified according to the rules.
Article 5. Regulations on safety distance 1. LPG business establishments must ensure the safe distance between the equipment, works to fence the boundary of the base or the places that need protection.

Article 6. Regulations on fire prevention of LPG business establishments must: 1. Have adequate fire protection approach.

Chapter 8.
Safety in transportation, the transport of LPG with tank Article 37.
