Operating the operational conditions of the sport facility that organizes Taekwondo.

Gymnastics, sports. 77 /2006/QH11 November 29, 2006;

Base of Protocol 112 /2007/NĐ-CP June 26, 2007 of the Government rules the details and guidelines for the implementation of some of the provisions of the Law of Fitness, Sports;

Base of Protocol 185 /2007/ND-CP December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulated the functions, duties, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

Base of Protocol 69 /2008/NĐ-CP May 30, 2008 Government of Government policy on the policy of encouraging socialization of activities in the field of education, vocational education, health, culture, sports, environment, and more.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism stipulated that the professional operating conditions of the sports facilities hold Taekwondo activities as follows:

What? 1. The adjustment range

This information regulates the conditions of facilities, equipment, and expertise on the sports facilities that organize Taekwondo.

What? 2. Subject applies

This information applies to the organization, the individual organization of the Taekwondo activity in Vietnam.

What? 3. Level certificate is eligible for operation

1. The Taekwondo Activity Sports Facility is a sports business when conducting operations must be granted a certificate of qualifying business under the regulatory procedure at Section 5 Article 55 of the Law of Fitness, Sports.

2. Sports facilities when organizing a training and sport performance of Taekwondo must ensure the conditions stipulated at Article 43 of the Law of Fitness, Sports.

What? 4. The condition of facilities

The Taekwondo activity site must ensure the following conditions:

1. The floor must have an area of 60m2 or more; a minimum concentration of 3m2.

2. The floor must be flat, not slippery.

3. There is enough light, ventilation.

4. Sound, noise guarantee the national technical standard.

5. There are regular drug databases and initial evacuation kits, sanitary areas, for vehicles.

6. A student-based student who attends the training of their names, five students, the residence and the application of each person's application.

7. There are table 4 regulations of the Taewkondo dojo; the endocktable, the practice hours and the safety assurance regulations when training;

8. Make sure the security order, safety of labor, fire prevention pursuits.

What? 5. Terms of Training Equipment

1. The Taekwondo Activity Facility has a training organization to participate in the tournament competition competition organised by the Vietnam Taekwondo Federation, the National Sports Directorate which must meet the equipment, the following training equipment:

10	Gears.	One-one-one.
11	A big mirror.	1/A-Point.

2. The Taekwondo Activity Facility aims to improve the health for the practier and do not attend the peak competition that needs to meet the equipment pages, the following training kit:

1	Taekwondo kung fu	A single person.
2	Target types	A 1-4 exercise.

What? 6. Professional personnel conditions

The Taekwondo Activity Sports facility must have coaches and qualified professional activities in accordance with the following regulations:

1. The sports facility that organizes Taekwondo operations in accordance with Article 1 Article 5 This must have the coach to secure one of the following standards:

a) There is a graduate degree in sports college specializing in Taekwondo;

b) There is a national coach certification issued by the Vietnam Taekwondo Federation or an international coach by the Kukkiwon Academy.

2. The guide has Taekwondo expertise to secure the regulation standard at Point 1, Section I Digital. 05 /2007/TT-UBTTT July 20, 2007 of the Sports Sports Committee guided the implementation of some of the provisions of the Digital Protocol. 112 /2007/NĐ-CP June 26, 2007 by the Government of the Government of Regulation and Guide to certain provisions of the Law of Fitness, Sports and Black Belt from 3 or more are promoted by the Vietnamese Taekwondo Federation.

3. Each professional instructor training no more than 30 fighters during a practice session.

What? 7. Management agency ' s responsibility

1. The overall sports department has a responsibility for guidance, examining the implementation of this Information.

2. Inspector of Culture, Sports and Tourism conducts inspection, handling by the authority of organizations, individuals when the Taekwondo activity organization violates regulations on condition of professional activity.

3. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Provinces, the Central City of Central City, is responsible for the organization's organization.

What? 8. Effect of execution

This announcement came into effect on 15 February 2012.
