CIRCULAR amending and supplementing some provisions of the circular No. 37/2005/TT-BLDTBXH DATED on December 29, 2005 of the Ministry of labor, invalids and Social Affairs guide training on occupational safety, labour hygiene _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to Decree No. 06/CP dated December 20, 1995 the Government detailing a number of articles of the labor code on occupational safety Labor hygiene;
Pursuant to Decree No. 110/2002/ND-CP dated December 27, 2002 by the Government on the amendments and supplements to some articles of Decree No. 06/CP dated December 20, 1995 the Government detailing a number of articles of the labor code of occupational safety, hygiene and labour;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/ND-CP on December 25, 2007 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of labor, invalids and Social Affairs;
The Ministry of labor, invalids and Social Affairs amending and supplementing some provisions of the circular No. 37/2005/TT-BLDTBXH DATED on 29/12/2005 guide training occupational safety, sanitation workers (hereinafter referred to as the circular No. 37/2005/TT-BLDTBXH DATED) as follows: article 1. Amendments and supplements to some provisions of the circular No. 37/2005/TT-BLDTBXH DATED as follows: 1.
