DECISION:

What? 1.

1. Ministry of Finance issued (without collecting money) 9,879 tonnes of rice from the national reserve of support to local countries to save the people during the Lunar New Year and 2012 counties, namely:

-Africa: 2,034 tons of rice.

-Kon Tum: 390 metric tons of rice.

-2,000 tons of rice.

-Department of State: 1,060 metric tons of rice.

-2,000 tons of rice.

395 tons of rice.

-2,000 tons.

2. The People ' s Committee of the provinces used the amount of rice issued on timely support, the right subject for the people to save hunger. The case for use is wrong, not subject to the right, not to use the full amount of rice that is granted the responsibility of reimbursable to put into the national reserve. The Ministry of Labor-Trade and Social Affairs chaired, in coordination with the Ministry of Finance to examine the implementation of the situation, reported the Prime Minister.

What? 2. This decision is in effect from the date of the signing.

What? 3. Ministers: Finance, Labour-Trade and Social Affairs, Planning and Investment and the Chairman of the Provincial Committee of the provinces named in Article 1 is responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
