Approval of the Total Planning Development Development

What? 1. Approve of the overall planning development of agricultural production by 2020 and visibility to 2030, with the following primary content:

I. .. THE PLANNING POINT.

-Agricultural manufacturing development planning (including agriculture, forestry and fisheries) must follow the direction of productivity, quality, competiability, efficiency, and sustainability of agriculture.

2. The agricultural production development plan must be on the basis of a new innovation, access to the market, which combines rapid application of scientific, technological achievements, effective use of soil resources, water, human resources trained, adapting to climate change, and climate change. To protect the ecological environment for efficient exploitation and natural conditions of each region, every locality.

3. Agricultural manufacturing development planning must closely bind manufacturing to the conservation industry, processing and market consumption; land accumulation, forming concentrated commodity production regions.

4. II. DEVELOPMENT GOALS

2. Some specific indicators

III. PLANNING FOR LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION BY THE YEAR 2020 AND VISION BY 2030.
