The Ministry of public security, the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of education and training guides the Organization to teach the culture, legal education, civic education, information dissemination, and policy implementation activities, entertainment mode for inmate as follows: chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Scope this circular guides the Organization to teach the culture, legal education, civic education, information dissemination, and policy activities, modes of entertainment for the inmate.

h) some basic issues about the history, culture and traditions of the peoples of Vietnam.

3.
