The Digital Base. 138 /2007/TT-BTC November 29, 2007 of the Ministry of Finance guided management, payment, investment capital investment, support and resettlement of the Shanxi Hydroelectric Project, Digital Information. 159 /2011/TT-BTC November 16, 2011 by the Ministry of Finance on the amendment, addition of a number of regulations at No. 138 /2007/TT-BTC November 29, 2007, of the Ministry of Finance;

Decision base 407 /QĐ-NHPT on 30 June 2011 by the Director General of the Bank of Vietnam on the board of the management of the management of the management, compensated capital payment, support and resettlement of the Shanxi hydro Project.

On the recommendation of the Head of Support After Investment and Management Capital Management,

DECISION:

What? 1. It was followed by the decision to modify, to add a number of regulations at Decision No. 407 /QĐ-NHPT on 30 June 2011 by the General Manager on the board of the management of the management of the management, compensated capital payment, support and resettlement of the Shanshan Water Project.

What? 2. The decision comes into effect since the date of the signing.

What? 3. Director of the Development Bank Branch: Shanxi, Electricity, Lai Châu; Head of units of the Development Bank of Vietnam are responsible for this decision.
