Government Law Base December 25, 2001;

Recommended by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs at the 286 /LĐTBXH-BTXH digital text on 8 February 2012, the People's Committee of Guangdong in the 80/UBND-VX text on 4 February 2012, the opinion of the Ministry of Finance at 1544 /BTC-NSNN 09 February 2012, No. 2124 /BTC-NSNN on 20 February 2012, Ministry of Planning and Investment in the 767 /BKHT-KTDV digital text on 17 February 2012,

DECISION:

What? 1.

1. The Ministry of Finance issued (not collecting money) 2,550 tons of rice from the national reserve that supports local countries to save the people during the 2012 nuclear armour, namely:

-1,300 tons of rice.

-Guangdong Province: 1,250 tons of rice.

2. The People ' s Committee of the provinces used the amount of rice issued on timely support, the right subject for the people to save hunger. The case remains difficult, the People ' s Provincial Committee reported the Prime Minister to consider, deciding to add rice support to the people.

3. The Ministry of Labor-Trade and Social presided over, in coordination with the Ministry of Finance that examines the execution of the situation, reports the Prime Minister.

What? 2. This decision is in effect from the date of the signing.

What? 3. Ministers: Finance, Labour-Trade and Social Affairs, Planning and Investment and the Chairman of the Provincial Committee of the provinces named in Article 1 is responsible for the implementation of this Decision ./.
