A DECISION.

What? 1. Modify, add some of the Number Decision 139 /2002/QĐ-TTg October 15, 2002 by the Prime Minister on the examination, healing the poor as follows:

1. The Discovery Fund, curing the poor as the Fund of the State, operates in accordance with the principle of not for profit, conservation and development of capital, formed from the following sources:

a) The state budget supports the Foundation, curing the poor to perform regulatory regimes at paragraph 1, 2 and 3 Article 4 Decision No. 1. 139 /2002/QĐ-TTg according to the current state budget management hierarchy.

b) Contributs to organizations, domestic and foreign individuals.

c) Other legal sources.

" Article 4. Support modes

The Chair of the Provincial People ' s Committee is responsible for organizing, managing and using the Foundation, treating the poor according to the following regulation:

1. Money support for subjects of 1 and 2 Articles 2 Decision No. 1 139 /2002/QĐ-TTg when treatment for boarding at the state health facilities from the district returns to a minimum of 3% of the general minimum wage/person/day.

2. Support travel money from home to hospital, from the hospital home and transfer the hospital to the subjects of 1 and 2 Articles 2 Decision No. 1. 139 /2002/QĐ-TTg when treatment is boarding at the health facilities of the State from the arrondissement of the district back up, emergency, death or disease cases are too heavy and the home is expected to bring home but is not supported by health insurance.

What? 4. Execution clause
