Approval of a plan to sweep the main administrative procedure in 2012

On the recommendation of the Minister, the Chairman of the Office of the Government,

A DECISION. :

What? 1. This decision was followed by the decision to sweep the main administrative action in 2012.

What? 2. Objectives and Products of the Plan

1. Target:

Reviewing the 24-group of administrative procedures, the relevant regulation pursues to the Accompanying Plan accompanying this Decision to timely the discovery of the amendment, the addition, replacement, repeal or cancellation of the regulation, the necessary administrative procedure, unsuitable, failed to meet. 2. Product:

What? 3. Execute Plan

1. The ministries, across the local body and 06 local (Hanoi, TP. Ho Chi Minh, Hai Phong, Đà Nẵng, Long An, Needed Poetry) implemented the planned implementation of the Plan with this Decision; completing the sweep to meet the proposed target and submit the report of the Government to a review of the results prior to August 31, 2012.

2. Deliver the Office of Government:

a) Governor, guide, inspection of ministries, peer agencies, Provincial People's Committee in the process of implementing a sweep of administrative procedures, regulations associated with this Plan; return and request ministries, peer agencies, HR committees, etc. Provincial citizens scrutinate if the result of a sweep does not reach or sweep the form; the Prime Minister commends the individual, the organization performs good work on the number of administrative procedures, the relevant regulations and the criticism of the ministries and agencies. By the way, the Provincial People's Committee does not take this plan seriously.

b) Chair, in coordination with the Council of Administrative Reform Advisory Council and the ministries, peer-to-peer agencies, the Provincial People 's Committee review the regulatory review results, the ministry' s administrative procedure, the local body and 06 localities; the choice of independent review of some. The group of administrative procedures under the Plan or the addition of a sweep of some of the more administrative procedures specified in this Plan if necessary; in aggregate, the construction of the Government Resolution approved simplification of the formal administrative procedure of the year. 2012 to report the Government, the Prime Minister considers, decided in the fourth quarter of 2012; chief, examination of the execution after the simple method.
