Base of the Agreement on the promotion of bilateral trade between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Royal Government of Cambodia signed on 17 February 2012;

The Minister of Industry regulated the import under the customs quotas in 2012 and in 2013 with a 0% import tax rate on goods from Cambodia as follows:

What? 1. Goods and amounts of import tariff quotas 2012 and 2013

1. Apply the import tariff quotas in 2012 and in 2013 for two groups of goods from Cambodia include: rice of sorts; dried tobacco leaves with an import tax rate of 0%.

The import tax rate in the tariff quota by 0% in 2012 was applied to customs documents registered with the Customs Agency from 17 February 2012 to the end of December 31, 2012.

b.The tax rate imported in the tax quota by 0% in 2013 was applied to customs posts registered with the Customs Agency from 1 January 2013 to the end of December 31, 2013.

2. The number of goods and the total tariff quota of the commodity groups is preferable to the import tax rate by 0% according to Annex 01.

1. Import goods must have a Certificate of Commodity Goods (C/O form S) issued by the State Department of Commerce of Cambodia or the prescribed authority and is adopted by the pairs of doors stated at Annex 02 accompanied by this Information.
