What? 1. The amendment, which adds some of the provisions of the boat ' s scope of responsibility, the vehicle driver and the minimum safety margin on the local waterway issued by Decision No. 1. 28 /2004/QD-BGTVT December 7, 2004 of the Minister of Transportation:

1. paragraph 5 Article 4 is modified, added as follows:

" 5. The fostering of the fostering of professional qualifications, the exercise of emergency situations for the boat and the participants of the crew; "

2. paragraph 2 Article 16 is modified, added as follows:
