GENERAL REGULATION

What? 1. The adjustment range

This is a classification of telecommunications services.

What? 2. Subject applies

It applies to organizations, individuals providing, using telecommunication services and organizations, individuals related to management, supply, and telecommunications services in Vietnam.

TELECOM SERVICES

What? 3. Telecommunication service

1. According to the technology feature, the transmission method of the telecoms network, basic telecom services and increased value stipulated at Article 9 Digital Protocol. 25 /2011/NĐ-CP The April 6, 2011 Government of the Government rules the details and guidelines that implement some of the provisions of the Telecommunication Law that are incorporated together into the following specific types of services:

Various telecommunications networks are the different telecommunications networks of the same telecom enterprise or telecommunications networks of different telecom enterprises.

4. More telecommunication service is a feature-increase service, utility for users of telecommunication services, which are an unseparable part and offered along with basic telecom services and increased value.

What? 4. The fixed telecom service

1. The ground-fixed telecommunication service is telecommunication service provided through the ground-fixed telecommunications network. According to the communications range, the land-fixed telecommunication service is divided into a domestic service, domestic long-distance service, international service.

a) Internal service is a dispatch service, transmission, receiving, and processing of information between people using fixed-purpose telecom services in the same province, the central city of the Central Committee;

2. Satellite-fixed telecom services are telecommunication services provided via satellite navigation network.

1. The ground mobile telecommunication service is a telecommunication service provided through the ground mobile telecommunications network (mobile communications network, radio network, online messaging network), including:

2. Satellite Mobile Telecommunication Service is a telecommunication service provided via satellite mobile telecommunications network.
