The Law of the Executive Committee rules the law.

Base of Resolution. 1002 /2006/NQ-UBTVQH11 March 3, 2006 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Standing Committee on the mandate, powers and specific standards of each State Auditor quota;

On the recommendation of the Chief Justice.

DECISION:

What? 1. It is accompanied by the decision to organize the organization and operation of the state auditor.

What? 2. The decision comes into effect after 45 days from the date of the signing and replacement decision. 05 /2009/QĐ-KTNN October 5, 2009 by the State Auditor General of the State Audit of the Organization and Operations of the State Audit Committee.

What? 3. The head of state audit units, state audits, members of the State Audit Corps, and organizations, individuals are responsible for the implementation of this decision.
