What? 2 . It has been in effect since 14 August 2012. This information replaces the number decision. 26 /2003/QD-BGDT June 16, 2003, of the Minister of Education and Training, the Executive Order of the Professional High School.

Chief of the Office, the Chief of Professional Education, the Head of the relevant units of the Ministry of Education and Training; Director of the Education and Training Department; Rector of Professional Secondary Schools, The Head of other educational institutions that have training training. The professional level is responsible for this information.
