The decision on issuing regulations to coordinate implementation of the UN Convention on the prevention of corruption _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ based on Government Organization Law of 25 December 2001;
Pursuant to the law on corruption prevention, December 29, 2001;
Pursuant to the law signing, joining and implementing international treaties on June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to the law on judicial assistance of 21 November 2007;
Pursuant to decision No. 953/2009/QD-CTN on June 30, 2009 of the President regarding the ratification of the UN Convention on the fight against corruption;
Pursuant to decision No. 445/QD-TTg dated April 7, 2010 by the Prime Minister on the approval of the plan of implementation of the UN Convention on the fight against corruption;
According to the proposal of the Inspector General of Government;
The Prime Minister issued a decision on issuing regulations to coordinate implementation of the UN Convention on the fight against corruption.
Article 1. Attached to this decision coordination regulations of the UN Convention on the fight against corruption.
Article 2. This decision has the effect since September 15, 2012.
Article 3. Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, heads of government agencies, the Chief of the Central Steering Committee on anti-corruption, Chairman of the provincial people's Committee, central cities and agencies, organisations responsible for the implementation of this decision.
