A DECISION.
As for the publication of the alternative administrative procedure, the replacement is subordinate to the management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Base of Protocol 01 /2008/NĐ-CP 03 January 2008 of the Government regulates the functions, duties, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (PTNT) and the International Protocol. 75 /2009/NĐ-CP 10 September 2009 of the Government on the revision of Article 3 of the Digital Protocol 01 /2008/NĐ-CP 03 January 2008 the Government regulates the functions, duties, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and PTNT;
The base of the nail. 63 /2010/NĐ-CP June 8, 2010 by the Government on Administrative Control of the Administrative Procedulation;
The Digital Base. 14 /2012/TT-BNPTNT March 27, 2012 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development Guidelines for the practice of plant censorship of plants;
Decision base 734 /QE-BNN-BVTV on April 05, 2012 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the Numerical Engagement of Digital 14 /2012/TT-BNPTNT March 27, 2012 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development Guidelines for the practice of plant censorship of plants;
At the suggestion of the Bureau of Food Protection and Chief Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development,
DECISION:
What? 1. It was followed by the decision of this Decision 04, which replaced the four administrative functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
What? 2. The decision came into effect on 6 July 2012.
What? 3. Chief of the Bureau, the Chief of the Bureau of the Protection of plants, the Chief of the General Affairs, the Bureau, the Bureau, the relevant unit responsible for the decision.
