The Law Enforcement Base, commendation on November 26, 2003, and the Amendment Act supplements several provisions of the Law Enforcement Law, commendation of June 14, 2005;

The Product Quality Law Base, which was manufactured on November 21, 2007;

Standard Law School and Technical Standards on 29 June 2006;

Base of Protocol 209 /2004/ND-CP December 16, 2004 of the Government on the Management of the Quality of Construction and Numbers Resolution 49 /2008/NĐ-CP April 18, 2008 by the Government amended, adding some of the provisions of the Digital Protocol. 209 /2004/ND-CP December 16, 2004 by the Government on the management of the quality of construction work;

Base of Protocol 42 /2010/NĐ-CP April 15, 2010 The Government rules the details of the implementation of several provisions of the Law Enforcement, commendation and Amendment Law, which adds some of the provisions of the Law Enforcement, Commendation and Numbers Resolution. 39 /2012/NĐ-CP April 27, 2012 of the Government amended, adding some of the provisions of the Digital Protocol. 42 /2010/NĐ-CP;

At the suggestion of the Minister of Construction;

The Prime Minister enacted the National Award for the Quality of Construction work,

What? 1. The Board is accompanied by this Decision "The National Award for the Quality of Construction Building".

What? 2. The decision has been in effect since 1 November 2012.

What? 3. Ministers, peer-to-peer agencies, government ministers, chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Central Committee of the Central Committee, the Head of the Agency, Organization and Personal Affairs are responsible for the implementation of this decision.
