The CIRCULAR stipulates suspension applied import licensing mode automatically for some items as specified in circular No. 03/2009/TT-BCT on 28th May 2010 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to Decree No. 189/2007/ND-CP on December 27, 2007 of the Government on the regulation of functions duties, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of industry and commerce, no. 44/2010/ND-CP dated 14 December 2010 of the Government revisions, supplements article 3 of Decree 189/2007/ND-CP;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2006/ND-CP dated 23 January 2006 from the Government detailing the trade Enforcement Act of purchase and sale of goods and international dealers buying, selling, processing and transiting goods with foreign countries;
Pursuant to decision No. 41/2005/QD-TTg dated March 2, 2005 by the Prime Minister issued the regulation on licensing of import of goods;
Minister of industry and trade suspension rule apply automatic import licensing for certain items specified in circular No. 03/2009/TT-BCT on May 28, 2010 as follows: article 1. Suspend application of the mode of automatic import licensing for some items 1. Suspend application of the mode of automatic import licensing for certain items specified in circular No. 03/2009/TT-BCT on May 28, 2010 the Industry. 2. Traders importing the items prescribed in clause 1 article 1 stated on the customs procedures under the current rules do not have to register the import license of Auto Industry. 2. Effective enforcement of this circular is effective from the date of signing.
