DECISION:

What? 1.

1. Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (not collecting money) 1,690 tons of rice seed, 370 tons of corn seed, 40.5 tonnes of vegetable seeds from a national reserve that supports provinces, cities: Beijing, Haiyang, Hai Phong, Taiping, North Jiang, Proclamation Photosynthesis, Thanh Hà, An Art, Hà Jing, to rectify the aftermath of the disaster.

The specific level of support for each local by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development decided to conform to the difficult situation, the local damage in accordance with the current regulation.

2. Prefectures: Farewell, Phú Thọ using the funding source were reissued from the central budget at Decision No. 1469/QĐ-TTg on October 5, 2012 by the Prime Minister to implement.

What? 2. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development presided over, in collaboration with the agencies involved in the export and use of crop seed from the source of national reserves at the local sources, reported the Prime Minister.

What? 3. This decision is in effect from the date of the signing.

What? 4. Ministers: Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Planning and Investment; Chairman of the People ' s Committee of the provinces named in Article 1 is responsible for the implementation of this Decision ./.
