The Commercial Arbitration Act on June 17, 2010;
Base of Protocol 63 /2011/NĐ-CP July 28, 2011 of the Government rules the details and guidelines of the implementation of a book of the Commercial Arbitration Law;

This information enforces a number of forms used in the organization and commercial arbitration activities (the following are the manifold).
Vietnamese citizens are eligible to be a referee and make a proposal for the establishment of the Centre for Arbitration.
The Central Committee of the Provinces, the Central City of the Central Committee (later known as the Department of Justice).
The Centre for arbitration, Branch of the Center for the Arbitration, the Foreign Arbitration Organization, the Branch Office, the Office of the Foreign Office of the Foreign Office in Vietnam, operates the administrative procedures relating to commercial arbitration activities in Vietnam.

2. The prescribed forms at 1 This are designed to be used on the A4 gauge, the 5-chart designed for use on the A3 paper gauge.
The charter of the Center of Arbitration was built according to the specified content at Article 7 of the Decree 63 /2011/NĐ-CP July 28, 2011 of the Government regulates the details and guidelines of some of the provisions of the Commercial Arbitration Law; the constituent structure of the chapter, article, paragraph, point, and compliance with the form of text are instructed at the number 01 /TP-TTTM issued in accordance with the Information Hey.

The deadline to submit the report before October 10 every year. The annual report is calculated from 1 October of the previous year to September 30th of the following year.
2. Annual Periodic, the Department of Justice reports and the Provincial People's Committee, the Central City and the Ministry of Justice of the Local Trade Organization and Operations on the site of the 22 /TP-TTTM issued by this message. The deadline to submit a periodic report is dated to 15/10 annually. The annual report is calculated from 1 October of the previous year to September 30th of the following year.
In addition to periodic reports, in the case of a sudden, the Department of Justice reports on the organization and activities of local commercial arbitration at the request of the Provincial People's Committee, the Central City of Central and the Ministry of Justice.
It has been in effect since December 25, 2012.
