Base Decision Base 43 /2010/QĐ-TTg June 2, 2010 by the Prime Minister on the issue of the National Statistical Index system;

At the suggestion of the Chief Directorate General of the Bureau of Land Management, the Chief of Science and Technology and the Chief Legal Affairs Department;

Minister of the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Environment Department of Information Technical Regulation of the Soil Degradation Investigation,

What? 1. This is an executive order that regulates soil degradation.

What? 2. It has been in effect since 14 January 2013.

What? 3. Minister, Director of the peer-to-peer, agency of the Government, Chairman of the People's Committee of the provinces, Central City, General Secretary General of the Bureau of Land Management, Head of Units of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and Organisations, individuals have the relevant responsibility to enforce this information ./.
