Regulations on the scope of dedicated postal services

The Minister of Information and Communications rules on the scope of the postal service dedicated,

What? 1. The postal service is dedicated.

1. The postal service range dedicated to the provision of a receiving address mail service, which has a single volume of up to 02 kilograms (kg) with a lower level of valuation:

a) 8,000 copper per share of domestic mail service and for foreign mail service to transport and broadcasting in Vietnam;

b) 150,000 per vehicle for international mail service is accepted from Vietnam for transportation and overseas development.

2. The postal service range is adjusted to gradually decline and ends on the route decided by the Prime Minister.

What? 2. Responsibility

1. Corporate supply of postal service:

a) Provided services in the scope of the postal service dedicated by regulation at Article 1 of this Privacy and other provisions of the relevant law;

b) Must follow separately and report the Ministry of Information and Communication on the results of the service supply in the scope of the postal service dedicated.

2. Other postal service providers:

a) There is no regulation violation of the scope of the postal service dedicated at Article 1 This Privacy in all forms;

b) Must guarantee the price of all the volume levels (which has included the increased value tax) of the recipient mail service, which has a single volume of up to 2 kilograms (kg) that the supply business must be higher than the specified price rate at 1 Article 1. Come on.

3. Organization, the individual responsible for timely notice with the state agency with a postal authority on the detection of regulatory violations of the scope of the postal service dedicated.

1. This message has been in effect since 3 February 2013.

2. Repeal Decision No. 04 /2007/QĐ-BTTTT September 14, 2007 by the Minister of Information and Communications on Services dedicated to Vietnam Post Office.

3. Chief of the Office, Chief of the Post Office, Head of the Agency, Unit of the Ministry of Information and Communications, General Manager of Corporate Services Supply of Public Service, General Manager/Director of Postal Services Supply and Organizational Services, Individuals are responsible for this private practice.
