The government issued a decree regulating the function, duties, powers, and organizational structure of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology.

What? 1. Location and function

1. The Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology is the government agency, which performs basic research functions on natural science and technological development; provides scientific argument for scientific management, technology and policy building, and the development of science and technology. strategy, economic development planning, society; training of scientific manpower, high-level technology under the rule of law.

2. Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology is known as the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, abbreviated VAST.

What? 2. Mission and jurisdiction

The Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology performs tasks, the following specific powers:

1.
