The CIRCULAR issued to national technical regulation about the level of acceptable risk in quantitative risk assessment for the operation of oil and gas, petroleum, chemical and power plants _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to Decree No. 95/2012/ND-CP on November 12, 2012 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of industry and trade;
Pursuant to the law of standards and technical regulation No. 69/2006/QH11 on July 21, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP on 1st August 2007 detailing the Government's implementation of some articles of the law on technical regulation and standards;
Proposal of the Director of safety engineering and industrial environment;
Minister of industry and Commerce issued a circular issued national technical regulation about the level of acceptable risk in the quantitative risk assessment of the activities of oil and gas, petroleum, chemicals and electric heat.
Article 1. Attached to this circular "national technical regulation about the level of acceptable risk in quantitative risk assessment for the operation of oil and gas, petroleum, chemicals and electric heat".
Symbol: QCVN 11:2012/BCT.
Article 2. This circular has effect from the date of 14 February 2013.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial agencies, government agencies, people's committees of provinces and cities under central, heads of agencies, organizations and individuals concerned is responsible for the implementation of this circular.
