On the traditional day of the Vietnamese lawyer

Government Law Base December 25, 2001;

On the recommendation of the Minister of Justice,

DECISION:

What? 1. It is dated 10 October as the "Day of the Day of the Lawyers of Vietnam".

What? 2.

1. The hosting of the traditional Day of the annual Vietnamese lawyer must ensure the content, request:

a) The practical, frugable, efficient and avoiding form

b) traditional education, patriotic movement mobiles, advanced consciousness, career responsibilities, morals, and Vietnamese lawyers ' profession.

c) The expression, commendation of forms in accordance with the regulation of the law to the collective, the individual has achievements in the activity of the lawyer, the example in the implementation of the minister, the road, the policy of the Party and the law of the State.

2. The Vietnam Bar Federation based on the current stipulation of a responsibility for the delegation of the Provincial Lawyers, the Central City of the Central Committee to implement the traditional Day of the Vietnamese lawyer in accordance with the right content, the requirements stipulated at paragraph 1, Hey.

What? 3. This decision is in effect from the date of the signing.

What? 4. The Minister of Justice, the Ministers, the Prime Minister, the Head of the Government, the Chairman of the Government, Chairman of the People's Committee of the provinces, the Central City of the Central Committee, the Chairman of the Federation of Vietnam Lawyers and the agencies, the organization, the relevant individual. It is the responsibility of this decision.
