1. The diplomatic service specimen, scientific research, the conservation of biodiversity, displays of zoos; exhibitions, circus performances not for commercial purposes; law enforcement; and exchange of specimens between the CITES Management Agency of member countries.

2. The specimen not for commercial purposes is eligible for import under a partnership agreement between the Vietnam CITES Management Agency and the export water CITES Agency.

3. The specimen was granted a CITES license to import before the decision came into effect.
