The regulation of scrap is allowed to be imported for production materials.

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issued a regulatory clearance of scrap on scrap to make the production raw materials.

What? 1. Issued with this message:

1. The scrap catalogue is allowed to import from abroad to make raw materials (Annex I);

2. The scrap catalogue obtained during the production of the manufacturing business, the business in the non-tariff zone is allowed to import into the interior to make raw materials (Annex II).

Prior to the importation, import scrap must ensure the treatment of the conditions under the law on the conditions of the import of scrap metal as a production material; it has been cleaned to remove waste, materials, items, goods prohibited from imports. following the regulation of Vietnamese law and the international treaties that the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a member; the choice, separate taxon under the HS code, the scrap name, the scrap description, the quality requirement that matches the regulation at the NHS lists. This is an executive order.

What? 3. The manufacturing business, the business in the non-tariff zone, imports scrap from abroad to make the production process full of regulations at Article 1 and Article 2 of this.

What? 4. This announcement came into effect on 1 April 2013.

Number Decision 12 /2006/QĐ-BTNMT September 8, 2006, Secretary of the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Environment on the release of the Board of Scrap Catalogue is allowed to import as the production material expires, since this date is effective.

What? 5. The Department of Natural Resources and the Environment of the Environment and Guide to the Environment, inspection, monitoring, and the administration of this information.
