Decision on the approval of the project to build a quick warning systems and risk analysis on food safety in Vietnam _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the PRIME MINISTER pursuant to the law on organization of the Government of 25 December 2001;
Pursuant resolution No. 34/2008/QH12 on June 19, 2009 the XII Congress of promoting policy, legislation on quality management, food safety and hygiene;
Pursuant to Decree No. 79/2008/ND-CP on July 18, 2008 Government's regulation organization system, inspection and testing of food hygiene and safety;
Pursuant to decision No. 734/QD-TTg on October 25, 2010 the Prime Minister's approval of the plan of implementation of resolution No. 34/2008/QH12 on June 19, 2009 the XII Congress of promoting policy, legislation on quality management, food safety and hygiene;
Considering the recommendation of the Minister of health, decision: article 1. Approval of the project to build a quick warning systems and risk analysis on food safety in Vietnam with the following principal contents: 1. Target a) common goal to build a quick warning systems and risk analysis for food safety capacity in response to the fast processing of information on food safety food safety incidents, contributing to improve the effectiveness of the work to ensure food safety and safeguard public health.
b) specific goal-goal 1: to build and organize the operation of the rapid alert system for food safety in the country including the national level; level ministries, provinces and cities under central and grassroots levels;
-Objective 2: improving the quality of the information service of the fast alert system and risk analysis on food safety in the country;
-Objective 3: risk analysis of safety of food for some common food group in Vietnam.
2. The norms need to be achieved by the year 2016 a) build and organize the activities of the rapid alert system for food safety in the country including the national level; level ministries, provinces and cities under central and grassroots levels:-issued regulations on the mission, held a quick warning systems on food safety including: the point of warning center; The warning points, industry, province, and city in Central; The warning points; Active regulation of the warning point in receiving information – information processing – warnings about food safety, food safety issues at the national level, ministries, provinces and cities under central, level;
