What? 1. Modified, Additional Article 3 of the Digital Information 21 /2011/TT-BKHCN September 22, 2011, of the Minister of Science and Technology on the enacuation of the "National Technical Regulation of Steel of concrete (QCVN 7 :2011/BKHCN)" as follows:

" What? 3

1. For steel as the concrete production of domestic and imported concrete:

a) The case has adopted the regulations of QCVN 7 :2011/BKHCN that continues to be applied to QCVN 7 :2011/BKHCN regulations.

b) The case has not adopted QCVN 7 :2011/BKHCN regulations that must be applied to QCVN 7 :2011/BKHCN regulations since 1 January 2014.

Encouraging businesses to produce in the country, importing steel as a concrete core applied the regulations of QCVN 7 :2011/BKHCN prior to 1 January 2014.

2. For steel as the concrete traffic on the market:

" What? 3 Since 1 June 2015, electrical and electronic devices from No. 1 to 2 of Annex QCVN 9 :2012/BKHCN must apply the regulations of this national technical standard.

As of 1 January 2016, electrical and electronic devices from No. 3 to 7 Appendix QCVN 9 :2012/BKHCN must apply the regulations of this national technical standard. "
