What? 1. The amendment, the addition of the Educational Catalogue, the vocational IV level training, the department college is accompanied by the Digital Information 14 /2010/TT-BGDT April 27, 2010 by the Minister of Education and Training of the Training Industry named in the Accompanying Category.

What? 2. It has been in effect since September 20, 2013.
