The CIRCULAR issued "regulations for maximum residue limit veterinary drugs in foods" _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to the law on food safety, June 17, 2010;
Pursuant to Decree No. 38/2012/ND-CP dated 25 April 2012 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the law on food safety;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2012/ND-CP on August 31, 2012 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of health;
The Minister of Health issued a circular issued "regulations for maximum residue limit veterinary drugs in foods".
Article 1. Attached to this circular "prescribed maximum residue limit veterinary drugs in foods".
Article 2. This circular is effective from October 1, 2013.
In the case of national technical regulation was enacted, respectively, the maximum residue limit veterinary drugs in food products are made according to technical standards.
Repealed part 2 "maximum residue limit of veterinary drugs in foods" attached to decision No 47/2007/QD-BYT on December 19, 2007 by the Minister of health regarding "prescribed maximum limit biological and chemical pollution in foods" since the day this circular effect.
Article 3. This circular will be reviewed additional edits, depending on requirements. In the process, if there are problems, the agencies, organizations, individuals in need of timely reflection on the Ministry of health (food safety Bureau) to consider and resolve.
Article 4. The Bureau of food safety, state management bodies and relevant units responsible for the implementation of this circular.
