About allowing the establishment of the Vietnam Society of Arts and Brands

INTERIOR MINISTER

Command Base No. 102/SL-L004 on 20 May 1957 enacted laws regulating the assembly rights;

Base of Protocol 61 /2012/NĐ-CP August 10, 2012 the Government regulates the functions, duties, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of the Interior;

Base of Protocol 45 /2010/NĐ-CP April 21, 2010 by the Government Regulation on Organization, Operations and Management; Decree No. 1, 2010. 33 /2012/NĐ-CP April 13, 2012 of the Government amended, adding some of the provisions of the Digital Protocol. 45 /2010/NĐ-CP;

At the suggestion of the Chief of Operations of the Vietnam People's Association and the Vietnam War and the Secretary of the NGO,

DECISION:

What? 1. Allow the creation of the Vietnam Society of Arts and Brands.

What? 2. The Vietnam Arts and Trademark Society is the social organization-profession, organization and activities under the Charter approved by the Minister of the Interior, which adheres to the regulation of the law and is subject to the state administration of the Ministry of Commerce and ministries, the industry concerned. Vietnam ' s Society of Arts and brands have their own legal status, stamp and account, self-assurance of funds, headquarters and operating vehicles.

What? 3. The decision comes into effect since the date of the signing.

What? 4. Head of Operations Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Society of Arts and Brands, the head of the NGO, and the Chief Office of the Ministry of the Interior are responsible for this decision.
