CIRCULAR standard regulations, duties and powers with respect to leadership, the staff register Center of motor transport roads _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to the law on road traffic, November 13, 2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/ND-CP dated 20 December 2012 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of transportation;

Article 7. Standard Register membership conditions, vehicles of higher 1. Article 18. Powers, the responsibility of the central leadership to register 1. Chapter V PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION, TRAINING REGISTRY Staff 19. Professional training 1. Content of the training program for the professional register and professional staff are specified in annex 5 of this circular.

2. The time limit for solving: a) within 5 working days from the date of receiving the full profile as specified, the Vietnam register writing to answer individual organization if the profile is not reached;
b) within 15 working days from the date of receiving the full profile as specified, Director of Vietnam decision register recognition, certification and simultaneously register membership card if the record hit.
Article 23. Chapter VI ENFORCEMENT PROVISIONS article 24. Implementation 1. Vietnam register has the responsibility to guide and inspect the implementation of the provisions of this circular in the central register on a national scope.
2. The Director of the Department of transport of the province of the central cities, have the responsibility to implement and test the implementation of the provisions of this circular in the register Center directly.
3.
